TIPS to Cut Out Sugar:
#1: Start with Beverages
#2: American Heart Association Recommends sugar 35 gms/day for men, 24 gms/day for women, 12gms/day for kids
#3: Swap out for alternative sugars if you just need something sweet
#4: Eat clean and clean up your insulin receptors you end up not craving as much sugar
#5: Do not eat artificial sweeteners or consume diet drinks as alternatives, those are often worse for you
#6: You don't have to have a food reward when you've done something good, think of an alternative to a reward
#7: Ask the Lord why your flesh is desiring sugar, why are you depleting yourself to crave sugar?
#8: Value yourself to want to take care of that temple the Lord gave you
