00:00 / 33:45

Let's talk nutrition!  Join Dr. Faith and Rebecca as Faith shares her knowledge on this subject.  A lot of people are dealing with health challenges.  We talked in the past about how stress plays a part in our overall health, and so does what we eat and drink.  Let's learn about how sugar affects our body and how we can prepare desserts in a healthier way.  It's a good episode!  Episode 2 of Envision is on good fats, so don't miss that one too! TIP for Our Podcasts You will need to turn up the volume:)

1 Corinthians 6:19-20  “Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own you were bought with a price, so glorify God in your body.”

John 1:7 "He came as a witness, to testify about the Light, so that all might believe through him."

John 8:12  "When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, 'I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.'" ENVISION You are a light and do not need to be held down by earthy addictions.
